Web3 Chief of Staff to the CEO

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support our CEO across a variety of strategic projects. In this role you’ll increase productivity, impact and effectiveness.

.Erth is a gamified blockchain-based virtual world. We envision a platform that allows anybody to be a creator, express themselves, and own what they create.

Founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and serial entrepreneurs, our team includes veterans of Zynga, Facebook, Microsoft, Marvel, PlayStudios, Big Fish Games and many other high profile tech companies. We are a remote-friendly company, with a current team primarily based in San Francisco, Austin, and New York City.

What’s important:

• Taking on strategic challenges: You enjoy diving in and solving new and complex problems. You’re analytical and hands-on in everything from research to presenting the end recommendations to inform decision making. 
• Strong execution and effectiveness: You’re dependable, take initiative, have the foundation to manage a wide range of high priority projects and deliver at a high quality.
• Exceptional communication skills: Your written and verbal communication is convincing and clear. You’re confident in everything from writing thought leadership to prepping for presse to creating decks.
• Product experience and passion: You have experience in management consulting, product management or as the founder of your own startup.

Preferred, but not required:

• MBA 
• Passion for gaming or web3
• Entrepreneurial or startup experience 

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work remotely most of the time.

The base pay for this role is between $170,000 and $215,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, training, transferable skills, business needs, market demands and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. You may also be offered restricted stock units. You will be offered competitive benefits including healthcare, dental, and vision.
