Sygnum Bank AG is hiring a Web3 Client Centricity & Success Manager
Compensation: $26k - $39k estimated
Location: Zürich Switzerland
In order to provide our clients with an even better client experience, increase client success and to support our organization with dedicated experience and expertise we are looking for a seasoned Client Centricity & Success Manager to join our team.
Tasks
- Formalize key client centricity initiatives and insights to ensure we put the client in the centre of everything we do.
- Assume bank-wide responsibility for client journeys across all products and services.
- Review and enhance the bank’s core client journeys as a subject matter expert together with process/product owners.
- Drive client experience roadmap together with UX and UI Designers across all Sygnum’s Value Streams.
- Assumes co-lead/acts as subject matter expert to establish unified client and user experience across Sygnum’s website and e-Banking platform.
- Collaborates with all business units to ensure client-centric product design and development (e.g., through client councils, prototyping, etc.)
Customer Success
- Develops holistic frameworks to increase client success, i.e. increased client activity, loyalty and satisfaction.
- Designs and implements systematic client feedback process and derives actionable plans therefrom.
- Designs and implements KPI framework to track client success and progress based on measures taken.
- Leverages client centricity initiatives and success stories for the company`s overall brand building (i.e. to become the “partner of choice” in future finance).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Client Centricity/Experience (ideally in Banking, Consulting/Agency, Luxury Goods, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Great team player able to drive own projects very independently.
- Passion about always thinking from the client’s perspective.
- Excitement about analyzing, (re)designing and improving customer journeys.
- Being creative with a sense for delivering premium products and services.
- Interest to work in a dynamic and fast-moving start-up.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with and understanding of digital assets
- Credentials in creating low-fidelity/high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as InVision, Balsamiq or others
