THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Operations is an integral part of FPG's most important mission in 2021: become a recognizable and trustworthy brand in the institutional crypto markets.
We're looking for a detail-oriented person capable of working hands-on with customers through complex operational tasks. Once a customer has signed up, you'll be their guiding light as they begin working with our organization, helping them onboard with our technical products, educating them about our platform use cases, and providing ongoing support as we and they evolve.

What you’ll be doing.

  • You’ll represent Floating Point Group's (FPG) world class Client Operations Team.
  • You'll provide a fast, smooth, and professional experience to FPG's users as they're beginning to use our systems.
  • You'll interact with our users to understand and gather information about their System Requirements.
  • You'll use our systems and tools to appropriately set up new client/user accounts and their associated security policies.
  • You'll work with users' account managers to provide ongoing support and set up users on FPG's new products and services.
  • You'll educate users on user roles, security policies, and other functions of the products.
  • You'll work with our developers, strategists, traders, and founders to bring your thoughts to identify pieces of the onboarding process that can be resolved with automation.
  • You'll establish a deep understanding of FPG's services and execute a plan to even better serve the largest financial institutions around the world.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited education institution.
  • You have 1+ years of experience with client support operations.
  • You are comfortable using web-apps, admin tooling, and other software applications for account maintenance.
  • You have experience interacting with external senior decision makers.
  • You have experience using cryptocurrency platforms either personally or professionally (like exchanges, lending platforms, wallets, defi applications).
  • You are interested or you're an active or aspiring user of cryptocurrency / blockchain based products and nothing excites you more than having a chance to bring those products into the world.
  • You live by the mission of a more scalable, programmatic, and decentralized vision of the future of finance.
