What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager who is ready to play an important role building the foundation of the LALA community. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a TV/movie fan themselves and has a genuine passion for building community around digital collectibles. We also want someone who is high-energy and likes to have fun while getting the job done!

You’ll be an amazing fit if you…

• Have 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager, ideally in the web3/NFT space
• Have a love and passion for TV shows and movies and experience engaging in the web3/NFT community
• Have had previous success growing online communities from scratch
• Have experience creating content on Discord and managing communities within
• Are creative, fun, smart and have the ability to influence others while creating a safe space and taking action where needed to keep the community engaged
• Have the ability to successfully collaborate with different teams on projects with tight timelines
  
  

• Creating the best and most engaging approach to community engagement in Discord
• Conceptualizing and executing Community campaigns with measurable results, collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure their delivery
• Identifying, developing, and managing metrics and KPIs to track the performance of the community initiatives we put together
• Leading the development of standard responses or guidelines to the most common inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Collaborating with the LALA team to incorporate into Discord marketing content to maximize engagement
• Managing community platforms and respond to collectors including helping them get answers to technical and non-technical questions with support from the team
• Immersing yourself in all drops and their perks and how they impact and influence the LALA community
• Working with the team to stay on top top of industry trends and interesting communities in the web3 space
• Partnering with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Working with the Social Media Team and other internal departments to ensure cohesion and streamline processes
• Bringing creative community engagement ideas to the table in conjunction with the Social Media Team
• Sourcing community feedback and sharing insights with internal teams
