- PR Strategy - Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns and announcements, setting the goals, tactics, strategy and execution to secure high-quality coverage in crypto and traditional financial media publications
- Media Contacts - Leverage existing and cultivate new relationships between media targets and Ondo Finance across traditional/mainstream financial media and web3 trade press and journalists
- Proactive Pitching – Identify press and thought leadership opportunities, and earn timely placement in key stories

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Communications / PR at an agency or in-house, with a track record of delivering quality results in traditional finance, crypto, blockchains, or DeFi
- Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain, web3 ecosystems, DeFi, financial services, and Public Relations
- Network: Strong media relationships in Web3, blockchain, and adjacent financial services
- Robust writing and editing skills: Experience writing about blockchain, tokenization, financial products and services, DeFi applications and protocols. Specifically has the ability to simplify complex topics into educational content for media and readers
- Adaptable: Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and establish structure and processes that scale
- Media savvy: an understanding of what stories will, and will not, resonate with the media.
- Partial (5hr) daily overlap with EST — typically this means you're located in the Americas unless you're willing to work unusual hours
