Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to manage, monitor, and execute the firm’s operational workflows across fund, account, pre-trade, and corporate domains. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational continuity, navigating regulatory and logistical constraints, and supporting business readiness across the firm and affiliated entities. You will lead the end-to-end onboarding and maintenance processes across exchanges, brokers, and banking partners—coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving issues, and standardizing procedures. This role also supports corporate entity management and selected partner operations, under management authorization. Success in this role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple workflows and counterparties. Key Responsibilities Fund Operations
Manage fund subscriptions and redemptions Coordinate regulatory filings and annual fee payments
Account Operations
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with exchanges, banks, and broker platforms Oversee the full lifecycle of account onboarding across external venues Monitor and resolve account restrictions, closures, and operational roadblocks Coordinate fiat payment rail setup and conduct testing (e.g., test wires) Maintain accurate tracking of account statuses and comprehensive documentation Serve as the central point of coordination for internal and external account-related matters
Pre-Trade & Post-Trade Operations
Handle setup and applications for exchange and broker access (e.g., CME, LME, TAIFEX, IB) Manage market data license procurement, renewals, fee tracking, and usage scope Maintain records of entitlements, vendors, and cost structures across data sources
Corporate & Entity Operations
Manage compliance and maintenance of corporate entities, including filings and deadlines Coordinate entity creation or dissolution processes in line with internal governance
Contract Management & Execution
Track and maintain internal records of active contracts and key milestones Coordinate cross-functional review and execution processes Own and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation across operations
Risk Operations
Collaborate with the Risk team to develop and implement mitigation strategies across projects Design and maintain internal control frameworks for capital movements and fund flows
Partner & Affiliated Entity Operations
Support onboarding, maintenance, and periodic reviews for affiliated entities Track operational requests and ensure timely execution and documentation
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, fund administration, or trading-related project management Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows, exchange and broker infrastructure, and fiat/crypto fund flows Excellent time management and task prioritization skills across concurrent workstreams Effective communicator, capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders and resolving issues with minimal oversight Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality Experience in a financial institution, proprietary trading firm, or crypto-native organization is a plus
