marginfi is building one of the largest lending protocols on Solana. We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help resolve user-facing issues, such as troubleshooting issues, answering questions about the company and product, and making sure our community feels heard.
Responsibilities
- Support users across Telegram and email.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs to the team.
- Share user feedback with product + engineering.
Requirements
- Past experience in support, community, or user-facing roles.
- Fluent in English.
