Web3 CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

CRYT is a new crypto exchange platform, founded by market leaders of the traditional finance industry to address the existing frustrations in the crypto industry in regard to simplicity and transparency. We believe crypto is the natural evolution in the future of transfer of value for the world's economy. However, the adoption will not happen if crypto trading remains a complex and opaque domain, available and understood only by fintech-savvy individuals. Our mission is to bring simplicity and transparency to the crypto ecosystem, contributing to its adoption by facilitating the onboarding and education of the average Joe.

Our general technology accents are modularity, simplicity, and security. We are looking for like-minded senior managers to join our team and push current products further.

You will:

● Be business oriented and responsible for business delivery: ○ Work closely with the founding team in continuously setting the technological roadmap and vision. ○ Plan resources, delivery and implement a roadmap.

● Be a professional manager and responsible for people & org design: ○ Design the best tech organization in the industry: staffing, developing, leading. ○ Create a culture of high performance: set & control OKRs, KPIs and IT budgets

● Act as an engineer when required and be responsible for tech: ○ Lead across the tech stack and across SDLC. ○ Continuously improve: infrastructure, engineering workflows, standards, technologies.

You are:

● Having a STEM education with good math and statistics exposure.

● Extremely logical, systematic and support your decisions with the data.

● Having past experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role in cryptocurrency exchanges or hedge funds. It is expected that you know the domain: pricing, execution, liquidity, low latency, infrastructures etc.

● Having an engineering background and experience building high availability systems at scale, available to the general public (B2C).

● Having strong leadership capabilities - with proven success of building, developing and leading engineering teams.

● Having proficiency with English

● cybersecurity/antifraud knowledge with Crypto specifics would be highly advantageous
