Immutable is hiring a Web3 Customer Support Manager (Guild of Guardians)

A bit about the role:
Here at Immutable, we are the fastest company to reach unicorn status in Australia and continuously scaling. With over 150 employees globally, we are looking to expand to 300 by the end of 2022! We are pushing the boundaries of games where digital assets you earn in game are truly yours through blockchain and NFTs.
Developed by Stepico Games and published by Immutable, Guild of Guardians (GOG) is our upcoming mobile RPG with the focus on playing and earning!
With our upcoming game, we are now looking for a Customer Support Manager to join the GOG team to truly be the conduit between our users and players to the broader GOG internal team. You would have the autonomy over our customer support processes, define and drive those process improvements, as well as potentially managing a team of customer support assistants to drive this forward!
