Web3 Director/Head of Program Management, Developer Relations

This is an ideal leadership position for someone who is a strategic thinker and works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work on a dynamic and mission-driven team. The main responsibility for the position is to provide strategic leadership and oversight to all aspects of designing and executing programs focused on developers and students globally. The Vice President of Program Management provides leadership and direction for planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our developer outreach programs across community programs, education initiatives and incubating the successful projects. This is a cross functional role  that works with marketing,  business Units and global field organization. 

What you need to succeed

Audience first mind-setProven business leader with 7+ years experience in leadership capacity. Experience in effective coaching and building high-performance teams. Experience in incubating new programs and scaling new programs. Test-Learn-Iterate mindset is absolutely necessary to be successful in this role. Strong collaboration skills: written and verbal communication, stakeholder management. Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and development teams. Proven experience in balancing multiple input streams to assist driving decision-making and prioritization activities.
