Web3 Director of People & HR

Job Description:

We are looking for aDirector of People & HR with a passion for finding, hiring, and retaining best-in-class talent in the digital assets space.This individual will contribute as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of Hivemind's ambitious goals, through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders, and align organizational goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include work across the following areas:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies to ensure the business attracts and hires the top talent in the industry.
• Develop strategies and processes that utilize both traditional and modern/innovative sources in order to cover all possible talent pools available to the business.
• Lead all recruiting analytics and leverage dashboards and spreadsheets to ensure efficient tracking of relevant recruiting metrics and inform data-driven decisions.
• Set up, maintain, and manage new employee onboarding and orientation programs to create positive experiences and foster collaborative mindset towards the company's overall goals.
• Suggest and oversee all employee benefits programs
• Identify and manage HR vendors, partners and software platforms which enable effective execution of all HR goals and objectives
• Create frameworks for job evaluation, performance assessment, and review processes to ensure a high performing environment and a culture of feedback and improvement
• Works closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build moral and increase productivity and retention.
• Responsible for the maintenance of HR records such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, employee performance appraisal records and schedules.

Required:

• 7+years experienceworking in HR, talent, recruiting or similar role at astartup, fund, or financial services company
• Experience with and knowledge of recruitment and talent management best practices.
• Aptness to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Emotionally calm and able to handle stressful situations
• Attention to detail, policy, and procedures
• Local to the New York City area

Preferred:

• Familiarity with crypto asset products and blockchain technology
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization
