The Role
As an Ecosystem Success Manager in the Arts team, you will help drive the success of emerging art platforms within the Tezos ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of art and blockchain, enjoys working with artists and collectors, and can build excitement around new NFT releases.
The main focus will be to grow engagement and awareness by maintaining a steady pipeline of artist launches, fostering collector relationships, and ensuring that key releases gain maximum exposure. What you’ll do
Working closely with teams and grantees in the Tezos ecosystem, helping brilliant builders navigate go-to-market (GTM) strategies for emerging platforms
Supporting both existing and new platforms on Tezos by driving awareness among the web3 community
Partnering with the Arts team to grow active users on emerging platforms
Maintaining a strong release pipeline to increase monthly active users (MAUs), ensuring consistent engagement through product launches and NFT drops
Serving as an artist liaison, building relationships with new and existing artists
Acting as a collector liaison by conducting research (both public and private) to key collector communities
Overseeing and managing an active release calendar to maximise exposure for campaigns
Drafting announcements and coordinating communication efforts across various platforms
Collaborating with new platforms that introduce fresh audiences
Identifying opportunities to engage new audiences and expand the Tezos ecosystem
What you’ll need
Experience with artist launches and NFT releases
Strong understanding of communications and social media strategies
Ability to work with KPIs, reporting on user growth, insights, and strategic adjustments
Comfortable working autonomously across various projects
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Growth & Marketing and other internal teams for additional support
