Web3 Email Marketing Manager

Email Marketing Manager  Palm NFT Studio is behind some of the largest most iconic NFT projects to date including Damien Hirst’s The Currency NFTs, The Batman Bat Cowl NFT Collection, DC Fandome NFT Collection, and more. Our mission is to help evolve the way leading  Brands and Creators  use NFTs for Storytelling and Community building.  Palm NFT Studio is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager with demonstrated success in growing customer engagement and demand by building strategic, personalized campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset with an eye for the best in class creative treatments. About the role As our Email Marketing Manager you will report to the Head of Growth. You will own the internal Email Marketing program at Palm NFT Studio engaging with one of the largest NFT communities. You will partner with our internal teams and our partners to execute impactful email marketing programs helping to inform, educate, and on board new NFT users. Responsibilities

Lead the development and on-time execution of Palm NFT Studio’s email marketing efforts

Work with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust portfolio of lifecycle/trigger campaigns that drive customer onboarding, engagement, and retention goals

Help leverage email marketing in our integrated marketing and communication

Test and learn to constantly improve channel performance, and to inform strategic decisions including priority audiences, roadmaps, and messaging.

Work with Marketing Analytics to relay performance recaps to leaders and peers

Demonstrate a firm understanding of creative best practices and have an ability to represent those points of view clearly, at the right level of detail to colleagues

Expert in industry best practices and enforcement relating to CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, etc.

Help Engage, Inform, Educate, Onboard, and Delight one of the largest NFT consumer communities

Requirements

6+ years experience in acquisition and retention marketing, at least 3 of those directly managing email marketing campaigns; preferably experience managing large lists

Hands-on management of email marketing vendors and vetting new vendors

Experienced with Hubspot and Salesforce CRMs is a plus

Familiarity with Sendgrid, Hubspot Marketing Suite, Pardot

Experienced with any of the following is a plus: CRM-marketing, personalization, audience segmentation, leads and accounts scoring, email marketing analytics

Experienced sourcing and managing Email affiliates and publishers.

Excels in cross-functional partnership with key stakeholders in Creative, Integrated Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering

Strong presentation skills with an ability to translate complex topics in a simple straightforward manner

Highly analytical, with a strong ability to read results and understand the drivers of those results

Strong organizational skills with an obsession for timeliness, detail, and documentation

Proven ability to overcome obstacles to deliver results, especially in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at once

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams to make things happen

Strong reputation working with interdisciplinary teams as being innovative, accountable, reliable and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
