Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development/Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our client base. This role is commission-only, meaning your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your sales performance. If you are a self-starter with a strong sales background and a passion for Web3 and marketing, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their marketing needs.
- Present and sell marketing services to Projects.
- Create the necessary materials required to sell the services.
- Monitor and Track Progress in a CRM and create weekly reports for the management team.
- Meet the monthly Sales targets and KPIs for items such as Lead Outreach, Booked meetings/Discussions, Proposal send rates, and close rates.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow-up on leads and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with the latest Web3 marketing trends and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Web3 business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in marketing or advertising services).
- Strong Account Management Skills.
- Good Knowledge of the Web3 Industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Nice to Have:
- Prior Experience working with Web3 Marketing Agencies or experience working in Marketing or Community Roles

Compensation:
