Objective Labs is hiring a Web3 Frontend Engineer

What You Will Do
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our core component library as well as the frontend applications that rely on it. Your work will provide a consistent foundation across multiple products and ensure our user interfaces are reliable, scalable, and intuitive.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a shared component library that underpins multiple applications
- Ensure the library and applications meet high standards of accessibility, performance, and usability
- Document and evolve reusable patterns for a consistent user experience across products
- Build and maintain frontend applications that integrate with the shared library
- Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions and influence the product roadmap
- Stay current with frontend best practices, frameworks, and tooling
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining component libraries
- Experience integrating with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets
- Familiarity with data visualization and charting libraries
Nice to Have
- Experience with versioning strategies, monorepos, and package publishing
- Familiarity with state management libraries (TanStack, Zustand, Redux)
- Generalist skill set with the ability to context-switch across the stack
- Background working in a fast-paced setting
