Web3 Full-time Community Manager

As a Full-time Community Manager, your Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy and execution for building and scaling the project’s online communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter).

- Manage day-to-day community engagement, moderation, and member relations.

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators.

- Conceptualize and execute engaging online and offline community events, AMAs, and campaigns to drive growth and activation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of community management experience, specifically within the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry.

- Deep, hands-on understanding of Web3 community platforms (Discord, Telegram) and community "playbooks."

- Proven track record of building and managing vibrant online communities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Bonus Points: Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
