Role Description

We are hiring a Head of Crypto Market Strategy (Remote, US) to lead the company's digital asset market strategy, investment research, and long-term product vision across cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystems.

This executive role will oversee market intelligence, strategic planning, and ecosystem analysis while helping shape the future direction of MIMIC's trading platform. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and business development teams to identify emerging market opportunities, optimize platform strategy, and drive innovation across digital asset markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company's overall cryptocurrency market strategy and long-term growth initiatives
• Analyze digital asset markets, macroeconomic trends, institutional investment flows, and evolving blockchain ecosystems
• Identify emerging opportunities across cryptocurrencies, DeFi, tokenized assets, NFTs, Layer 2 networks, and Web3 infrastructure
• Provide strategic guidance for product development based on market trends and customer needs
• Lead market research initiatives and produce executive-level investment and strategy reports
• Monitor competitive developments, regulatory changes, and industry innovations impacting digital assets
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to align strategic initiatives
• Evaluate strategic partnerships, ecosystem collaborations, and business expansion opportunities
• Support the development of investment tools, portfolio products, and market intelligence features within the platform
• Represent the company through industry events, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships when appropriate

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset investing
• Extensive experience in market strategy, investment research, digital asset management, or fintech leadership
• Deep knowledge of DeFi, tokenomics, blockchain infrastructure, decentralized applications, and Web3 markets
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms, market intelligence tools, and digital asset trading infrastructure
• Passion for emerging financial technologies and the future of decentralized finance

Compensation

Salary range: $180,000–$250,000 USD per year, depending on experience and executive leadership background.

Performance-based executive bonuses, equity participation, long-term incentive compensation, and potential token-based rewards may also be offered.
