For our Sofia office the HR team is looking for a dynamic, experienced HR Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the new joiners hiring process;
• Enter data and update all HR systems to reflect all necessary changes;
• Assist with preparation of employment agreements, annexes and termination papers;
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments in the company;
• Assist with the organization of corporate events and activities, as well as ad-hoc projects as required;
• Maintain all employees’ personnel files.

• Previous experience on a similar role in a fast paced environment;
• Experience with HR systems;
• University degree in HR, business administration or other relevant field;
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bulgarian;
• People skills – easy going, able to inspire confidence, trustworthy, agile, team player.
