Web3 HR Manager, Operations / HRBP , Bulgaria

Our HR team oversees and contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to support leaders and our employees. While HR, at its core, focuses on the mindful management of the company's relationship with our employees, culture management focuses on the heartfelt aspects of the employees' relationships with the company. Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions within HR that use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities) e.g., Talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans;
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
• Researching market rates, competitor trends and industry news;
• Manages all disciplinary cases and terminations in the respective team(s) for which they are accountable
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
• Create records and maintain HR tracking systems;
• Assist with the organization of corporate events and activities, as well as ad-hoc projects as required;
• Design initiatives to maximize the employee engagement;
• Undertake tasks related to performance management;
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as but not limited to time to hire and employee turnover rates;
• Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to aide in the development of people within the company;
• Ensure all employees аге welcomed and provided with а safe and inclusive working environment;
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Higher education, BA or MA in Human Resources, Psychology or Business.
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in different HR functions, as HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager.
• Technical skills and competencies: Experience with Human Capital Management systems, experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent knowledge and experience with Bulgarian labor legislation.
• Soft and personal skills, mindset: Excellent communication skills. Immaculate integrity and work ethics. Empathy and ability to encourage trust and engrave respect in communication with all stakeholders. Growth mindset.
