<span > The Growth AI Operator is responsible for massively scaling Bitso's content and growth output using AI, automation, and smart workflows. This role exists to scale execution, not to define strategy or brand. Your job is to multiply the volume of content going out across every channel â fast.
You will focus primarily on paid acquisition creatives, organic social content, and social media operations. You will build and run AI-driven production pipelines that let the growth and creative teams move faster and do more with less.

Who You Are
- Strong hands-on experience using AI creative platforms (Arcads, Runway, Sora, or similar) and no-code automation tools and agentic (OpenClaw, Claude, n8n, Make.com) for high-volume content production
- Comfort working at high velocity across paid, social, and multi-market content â with a strong eye for brand consistency even at speed
- Familiarity with AI-powered localization, multi-format adaptation, and social media scheduling, listening, and reporting tools
- Basic Python knowledge or scripting ability to extend automation workflows beyond no-code limits
- Low ego, high execution mindset â you follow briefs precisely, iterate fast on feedback, and care about volume over perfection
- Advanced English and Spanish fluency.
What You Will Do
- AI-driven content production, automation & scaling
- Build and operate no-code and AI workflows using tools such as Arcads, Runway, Sora (or equivalents) for creative productio
- Use automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) to streamline production, versioning, distribution, and handoff across all channels
- Scale winning concepts into multiple formats, ratios, hooks, and variations
- Scale content into localized variants for Bitso's core markets â Brazil (Portuguese), Argentina (Spanish), and Colombia (Spanish) â adapting for regional tone, terminology, and cultural context
- Build repeatable workflows for batch localization, multi-format output, and asset tagging
- Support SEO, ASO, and CLM content production as a secondary output based on briefs from growth or product teams
- Paid & social media operations
- Set up and operate automated workflows for social media scheduling, publishing, and cross-posting
- Implement social listening and monitoring pipelines using AI and automation tools to track brand mentions, sentiment, and trending conversations
- Support community management with AI-assisted response drafting and triage
- Automate social media reporting: performance dashboards, engagement tracking, and content output metrics
- Output expectations:
- Multiply the volume of content going out across all channels â the goal is a step-change in output, not incremental improvement
- ~50 paid creative assets per week (videos, statics, or variants) as a baseline
- Continuous increase in total content volume over time across paid, social, and secondary channels
- Localized content delivered for Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia on every major campaign
- Clear tracking of produced outputs vs. briefs across all workstreams
What success looks like
- The volume of content going out across all channels increases dramatically
- Paid teams are no longer blocked by creative production
- Winning concepts are rapidly multiplied into dozens of variants
- Content is localized for Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia without manual bottlenecks
- Social media operations run on automated, repeatable workflows
- Creative and growth leads spend less time on execution and more time on quality, strategy, and direction
- Brand consistency is maintained even as volume scales
- AI and automation become a core part of how Bitso produces and distributes content

- Not a senior creative director
- Not a social media manager â you automate and scale, not own the voice or strategy
- Not a growth strategist â you execute the strategy others set
- Not a perfectionist role â but not careless either
