A newly established professional services firm is looking for a technology manager with AI skills. You will oversee a team of members providing advanced advisory and design services to our wide range of clients.

You should have hands-on skills with coding, as well as design and architecture. Our stack is python, AWS, MySQL, and a mixture of AI tools. We like to see solid CS and math skills, along with more advanced AI knowledge. Previous quantitative professionals are encouraged to apply. Natural language processing, machine learning, robotics and general automation proficiencies is what we seek. Experience with chatbots, Syntactic, semantic, and sentiment analysis, languages, pattern recognition, and smart assistants are all desirable.

You will start as a manager of a 2–4-person team, and grow it, based on clients’ needs. You will manage budgets, provide scaling solutions, and be responsible for training and mentorship efforts. You will also handle most documentation for internal and clients’ requirements.

We cover vast incursion into the healthcare field, so familiarity with HIPPA regulations and healthcare IT in general is very useful. In the field of finance, we look for in-depth understanding of financial instruments and their manipulation, from traditional stock markets to crypto and blockchain. You should be well-educated, preferably in a field related to AI; well-spoken, as you will interact with customers; have great writing skills, as you’ll be responsible for thorough documentation; inquisitive, as you will be focused on providing a large still undiscovered approach to solutions; passionate about developing team talent; and focused on your career.
