SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?
We are looking for an IT Support Associate to join the IT team. Your contribution to Candy’s success will be aimed towards supporting users across the company both in office and remote. In addition, you will play a leading role in ensuring software/hardware comply with Candy’s security and policies. Above all, you will push and refine our proprietary technologies, platforms, and practices.
We are searching for talented folks that are excited to take on challenges in the immediate while providing vision to the future. We want builders, innovators, and those that can not only think outside the box, but collaborate outside the box..
As our Most Valued Player, you will…
- Provide hardware and software support to all users
- Help maintain IT systems setup and documentation
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Ensure Software and hardware comply with IT security policies and procedures
- Assist with audio visual needs in office and remotely
- User account administration
- Setup computers, workstations, and other peripherals
Who are you?
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Windows and Mac OS Knowledge
- Office 365 or Google Workspace Administrator
- Understanding of general IT practices and security
- Ability to research and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to discover new processes and ways of doing things
- Able to lift 25 lbs. Alone (Standard desktop IT equipment)
