Responsibilities
- Leading and contributing to the development, architecture and maintenance of Minds products
- Creating new features and enhancements in collaboration with a team, adhering to technical architectural and process guidelines
- Contribute to and maintain a thorough understanding of application standards, policies, and procedures
- Engage and collaborate with the wider open source community
- Gathering requirements, writing code, testing, liaising with users and colleaguesÂ

What we're looking for
- Ability and willingness to learn and evolve ideas
- Good knowledge of SQL, Cassandra, ElasticSearch or Pulsar
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and clear communication skills
- A strong knowledge of any of the following languages: PHP, C, C++, Java
- High-level of intuition and independence
- Bachelors degree or 4+ years of work experience
