Lead Designer Job Description
NOYA Network is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Lead Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play an integral role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing: Craft eye-catching and engaging visual content for our social media channels, driving user engagement and promoting brand awareness.
- UI/UX Design: Design and develop user-centric and visually appealing interfaces for our platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all devices.
- Spreading Awareness: Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating visual materials for promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
- Defi Experience: Leverage your knowledge of the decentralized finance ecosystem to inform design decisions and ensure our platform stays on the cutting edge of industry trends.
- Animations and Video Editing: Create compelling animations and video content to showcase the unique features of NOYA Network, enhancing our online presence and attracting new users.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including developers and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
- Expertise in UI/UX design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in animation and video editing software is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Must be based in Europe or the Middle East.
