Web3 Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a UI/UX lead designer that will work closely with our team to lead platform and new product designs/user experiences. The ideal person should be a self motivator and experienced individual who wants to build a career in the distruptive space of web3, blockchain, and NFTs.

Experience

• Highly experienced in FIGMA
• Experience working in both UI AND UX
• UX approach is heavily data driven
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different level
• Passion for blockchain technology, NFTs, and cryptocurrency
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment and industry
• Previous experience in a startup is a plus
