Web3 Manager, Business Development, NFTs

Compensation: $54k - $90k estimated

Location: 01 Singapore, Central, Singapore

RippleX’s mission is to inspire and enable developers to collectively build the Internet of Value (IoV) - which will enable the world to move value like information moves today. We contribute to open-source protocol development (e.g. the XRP Ledger) and innovations that accelerate the Internet of Value (IoV). We also partner with enterprises and institutions to develop solutions that use the XRP Ledger, its native digital asset, XRP, and related technologies.

NFTs are coming to the XRP Ledger and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development leader to accelerate our NFT efforts in APAC. This person will have a direct hand in supporting our NFT strategy by building partnerships with primary and secondary marketplaces, AAA creators and large Enterprises on their NFT journey. This person will be dedicated to growing the NFT use case so the XRPL is the top blockchain for NFT ecosystem participants.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Identify and build relationships with strategic partners in the region ranging from marketplaces, large enterprises, AAA creators and required infrastructure for NFTs.
  • Structure, negotiate and execute commercial deals with strategic partners to drive utility and liquidity to the XRPL
  • Build an NFT partnerships program at RippleX to establish XRPL as the preferred L1 blockchain for decentralized apps.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy and deal execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 8+ years of business development and strategic partnerships experience
  • Strong understanding of the NFT ecosystem and passion for broader crypto and blockchain space.
  • A proven network - Deep relationships within crypto space within APAC. An active participant in the Singapore crypto community. A natural networker who is able to build trust and relationships.
  • A deal maker at heart - Experience negotiating commercial deals with organizations of all sizes
  • Able to engage effectively at all levels of an organization (both internally and externally)
  • Excel at simplifying complex concepts in messaging and differentiated positioning.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade / drive alignment among differing perspectives both internally and externally.
  • Salesforce experience
