About the role

We are looking for a market risk analyst to join our trading team. You will contribute to both our flow trading business and market making business, which have over 800+ trading products and 100 billions$ volume including spot, future and options.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze market risk metrics and deliver insightful commentaries to traders and senior management.
• Conduct risk analysis, stress testing and scenario analysis on existing portfolios.
• Perform daily position reconciliation and P&L attribution analysis.
• Control and monitor risk limits and escalate the limits breaches.
• Assist in developing and improving risk monitoring tools.
• Design and implement market risk policy, controls, and framework.
• Engage with developers on projects that further enhance risk infrastructure.

• Degree or above in a quantitative discipline, with professional qualification such as CFA and FRM an added advantage.
• 2-4 years of working experience in a Market Risk or Product Control role.
• Understanding of valuation and risk.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Think critically and strive for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Python or any other programming would be beneficial.
