ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

In order to promote brand recognition, user acquisition and retention, and company development, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be essential in developing and implementing our marketing strategy. This position is a stimulating chance to work at the nexus of Web 3 and AI, carrying out marketing campaigns that will influence the direction of digital innovation and technology in the future.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Strategize and execute comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with organizational goals, harnessing the potential of AI and Web 3 technologies to effectively reach target demographics.
• Curate and oversee content schedules, producing captivating materials across diverse platforms such as websites, blogs, Twitter, Telegram, and multimedia outlets to stimulate audience interaction and establish industry authority.
• Drive the creation and supervision of social calendars, fostering the growth of an engaged and dynamic online community through platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and curated events.
• Monitor and assess marketing metrics and key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and foster ongoing enhancement.
• Spearhead initiatives to elevate brand presence and perception, crafting compelling narratives that underscore our distinctive value proposition within the market landscape.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive assessments to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and avenues for innovation, thereby informing both product development and marketing strategies.
• Willingness to undertake business trips as required, both domestically and internationally, to support the needs of the organization and engage with clients, partners, or attend industry events.
• Design activities and initiatives to engage the Web 3 community effectively.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in market development capabilities, including the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth.
• Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in marketing within the web3 domain, showcasing a proven track record of spearheading successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• In-depth comprehension of AI, Web 3 technologies, and their practical applications within business and retail landscapes.
• Proficiency in analytical methodologies and adeptness with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Innovative thinker driven by a fervor for creativity and a commitment to staying abreast of industry developments.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, exhibiting a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
