About the Role:
Republic Realm is looking for someone to develop and execute the brand’s social media channel and content strategy across our social platforms, specifically @joinrepublicre and @joinrepublicrealm on Instagram. This person will work across our content/creative, marketing, and NFT teams in order to manage, maintain, and grow Republic Realm’s social channels.

This person will be responsible for creating and distributing on-brand, creative social content to followers, as well as, be an active participant on behalf of the brand by engaging with audiences across all our social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. They will have a passion for creative storytelling and creating content that influences, educates, and engages various audiences.

Community and engagement are vital to the success of our business, and as the social media manager, this person will be part of shaping the future of the metaverse, web3, and blockchain technology. This role will report to our Director of Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate across NFT and Marketing teams to align, create, and execute on-brand social programs, campaigns and evergreen social media content calendars that engages audiences across core audience segments including
Produce and publish creative visual content
Directly engage and interact with Metaverse, NFT, influencer, media, partners, and potential new users audiences via our social handles on a daily basis
On-going social media monitoring and listening
Social media reporting & analytics
Work closely with Republic Realm’s legal counsel to best navigate compliance and regulations
Work directly with influencers to execute social strategies
Create social media policy that is maintained and communicated throughout the company

Skill Requirements
3-4 years of professional or relevant experience
Ability to deeply understand and be passionate about the metaverse and NFT space
Social media fluent
Excellent social copywriting skills
Fluency with core social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends and strategies
Ability to use analytics tools that track success of campaigns and make recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
Eagerness to engage and build communities
Excellent storytelling skills; ability to take complex narratives and make them digestible
Strong strategic and analytical skills,
Stays up to date on trends and leverage insights for recommendations
Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
Open to experiment with new tactics and platforms
A demonstrated ability to understand complex subject matter; ability to simplify and explain topics to broad audiences
Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong ability to prioritize with a strategic mindset and solution oriented
Ability to educate internal stakeholders on strategy, results and processes in place
