Bitcoin Depot is seeking a National Sales Associate to use your proven expertise in relationship building and strategic sales as the driving force behind our national expansion efforts. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will harness your established network of industry connections to exponentially grow our business within the C-store and Grocery retail sector. Your role will involve cultivating high-level partnerships, executing innovative business development strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization on a national scale.   • Leverage existing relationships and networks to drive business growth within the C-store and Grocery retail sector.
  • Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with key decision-makers to expand our presence nationally.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the retail industry to maximize sales potential.
  • Manage and nurture national accounts, focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for direct and executive management.
  • Lead negotiations with high-level clients to secure favorable terms, pricing, and agreements. Drive win-win outcomes while maintaining profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless client onboarding, product integration, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Utilize SalesForce and other tools to organize and manage leads effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies, processes, and training programs.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry by participating in conferences, speaking engagements, and industry forums.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable and respected authority in the C-store and Grocery retail sector.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
  • 3 to 10+ years of relevant business development experience.
  • Extensive network of established relationships with key decision-makers in the grocery and c-store industries, enabling you to quickly penetrate new markets and secure high-level partnerships.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans that drive national growth and market expansion.
  • In-depth knowledge of the C-store and Grocery retail sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in managing and nurturing national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving long-term value for both clients and the company.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to identify and seize new business opportunities, resulting in substantial revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and agreements while maintaining strong client relationships and company profitability.
  • Ability to analyze market data, industry trends, and sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, optimize business strategies, and drive targeted growth.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress accurately.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and value propositions to high-level stakeholders.
  • A creative and innovative thinker who can identify unique solutions, adapt to changing market dynamics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
