Kollect.me is hiring a

Web3 NFT Marketplace Support Member

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Kollect.me users as the first point of contact over Discord, Twitter and our other official channels

• Capture user reports, surface insights and help to triage issues with the product team, ensuring that all user concerns are recorded

• Act as voice of the user to provide input on feature development as needed

• Manage Kollect’s FreshDesk site and write occasional support articles

• Serve as an onboarding specialist for new users

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in customer support within a fast-paced tech environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English language native

• You care deeply about providing an excellent user experience, both as a support specialist and through the product we deliver

• You are responsive, driven and have a warm and level-headed approach to interacting with customers

• Passion for cryptocurrency, web3 and NFTs, preferably with personal or professional experience in the space
