About Displate Nifties

Displate Nifties aims to start a new business branch within Displate.com, that enables sale of curated artworks in the format of Non-Fungible Tokens on Ethereum blockchain with a new physical product line exclusive to NFT owners. Launch of the platform’s MVP is set for the end of Q2 2023.

The Role: NFT Product Manager

We are looking for a senior leader with product management experience who will lead the NFT team. You are the go-to person for all things NFT.

You should help us cultivate a high-end collector and artist community. With web3 being a dynamic ecosystem, we expect you to grow the product with the market, evolve & pivot the product, platform and its features in response to the market feedback. Your input will be highly visible and will determine the overall success of the initiative.

You need to be able to talk with a wide spectrum of stakeholders that will support the product, starting from with developers and designens, ending with finance specialists and lawyers.

Core team

NFT team consists as of now of 3 developers, artist acquisition specialist and a finance specialist. You do, however, have support of the main company - Displate.com and expertise of its specialists in areas outside NFT. Mostly you would interact with Design Studio (physical product), UX and marketing teams.

What you’ll do:

• Create and own the product vision and strategy for Displate Nifties
• You will be the owner of the Displate Nifties and its roadmap. You will be working directly with company leadership on Nifties product vision, product objectives and product strategy to deliver outstanding value to our end users and business.
• You will get your hands dirty. The NFT team is very cross-disciplinary and works outside typical scopes of the product roles. If you intend to delegate only - this is not a role for you.
• Define and measure performance metrics for your own product success.
• Build a high performing product team.
• Evangelise a web3 culture inside the organisation.

• Live and breathe crypto more than us. Entice normies to jump into the world of NFTs.
• Have built deep roots in the web3 community.
• Involvement in web3 / NFT (non-commercial also) related project are a must.
• You have a proven track record in product management (3+ years of experience).
• You have experience in a product leadership role.
• You have hired and led a team of specialists.
• You can think strategically at a market and industry level.
• You’re interested in human behaviour and like to think about how products fit into people’s lives.
• You have high degree of empathy for engineering, design, marketing and other functions’ goals and challenges
• You are able to motivate senior leadership and partners around insights and strategies developed
• You have a strong bias for execution.
