Web3 NFT Strategic Operations Lead

Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate, dedicated people to join as a NFT Strategic Operations Lead. As the NFT Strategic Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to grow and define our NFT strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the strategic foundations that drive our community growth and core NFT utilities over the coming years. We are looking for an operations and strategic leader who can help to implement and refine our NFT architecture, drive long term community engagement, and establish commercial and promotional NFT IP branding.

 

 

 

·         You will be an entrepreneurial futurist who knows the crypto and NFT space inside-out. Not only will you have had 2+ years career experience in the space, but you will also be an ardent community member and be constantly tapped into sentiment, trends, and emerging utilities.

 ·         You will manage the entirety of NFT projects from conception of creative to execution of strategy, working directly with creators, our studio, and talent managers to deliver projects on-time and to the high standards of the agency.

 ·         You will be an autonomous self-starter who is able to curate and work to standardised critical paths, allowing the scalable delivery of NFT projects to multiple creators at once.

 ·         You will have a desire to be first or best, with an innovative eye for sustained and disruptive transformation in the space.

  ·         Perform in depth analysis on industry trends to provide strategic insights and identify new opportunities

·         Develop innovative NFT concepts for partners utilizing NFT concepts that create user utility

·         Document and compile partner feedback to drive continuous improvement

·         Strong ability to create strategies that combine partner IP, NFT concepts, gamification, tactical implementation and design to create engaging user experiences

·         Author regular reports on the state of the industry to keep stakeholders informed on the latest developments

Job Requirements:

·         1-2+ years in a career in NFTs or cryptocurrency with successful case studies.

 ·         You are a creative entrepreneur able to put together propositions with clear monetization strategies and timelines.

 ·         You are a robust project manager, able to curate clear and coherent critical paths.

 ·         You are tuned in to content creators, with a passion for gaming specifically and an understanding of consumer trends in this space.

 ·         Ability to translate complex technologies into digestible terms for internal and external presentations.

 ·         Ability to collaborate and perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines

·         Ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.

·         Proven ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with both creative and technical partners, internally and externally

·         Knowledge and fandom of music is desirable

·         Deep Knowledge of NFT space
