SBI Investment is hiring a Web3 Operation Manager
Compensation: $80k - $110k

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the scalable growth of our Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with a solid understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes across the organization.
- Coordinate activities between Product, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, and other departments.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor project execution, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
- Support the launch and scaling of Web3 products and services.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist leadership in strategic planning and business operations initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and digital assets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
