Web3 Operations Specialist (Asia)

Your day-to-day work will involve

• Support operational initiatives in finance, employee services, and overall business operations.
• Assist with entity management activities.
• Contribute to hiring efforts in the APAC region.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed.

Need to haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, payroll admin, recruitment in APAC or similar roles. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and priorities.

Nice to haves

• Experience with crypto financial operations.
• Tech start-up experience.
• Experience in managing business operations in Singapore.  
• Business level proficiency in Mandarin.
• Experience working in the crypto and blockchain industry.
