About the role

We are looking for an OTC trader to join our trading team. You will contribute to both our automated and interactive OTC flow trading which covers block trades, basket trades and other customized trades for institute clients.

Responsibility

• Conduct pricing/execution to facilitate electronic OTC Crypto trading by using our automated trading infrastructure.
• Manage the quoting requests to institute sales, clients, and conduct hedging. Collect feedback of trading activity, market Color
• Expand trading business to new trading products, different venues, and new clients.
• Conduct daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L and reporting
• Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance
• Work with trading ops to improve our automated middle-office system.
• Work with trading devs to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic.

• Bachelors or master’s degree from top global university
• Previous working experience in the front office, trading experience is preferred but not required.
• Have strong analytical skills, think critically, and strive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Have exposure to Python or any other programming and an interest to expand your technical skills.
