Web3 Product Manager, OneSavieLab-MAMORI

Job Overview

MAMORI is an AI-driven real-time virtual asset monitoring and alert system. We have integrated a variety of the latest AI models and analyzed thousands of past hacking incidents to assist governments and institutions in predicting various aspects of asset risks on the blockchain. Our vision is to maximize the power of AI to automate the resolution of various challenges faced by government agencies and institutions in regulating and monitoring global web3 projects, all of which can be addressed through MAMORI.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI and crypto product feature research
• Historical crypto incident research
• Analysis of regulatory standards across different countries
• Manage product roadmap and backlog to prioritize product deliverables to ensure optimal utilization of resources on highest impact items
• Work with UX/UI designers to develop user stories, mockups, and prototypes to communicate clearly the business context and product requirements with fellow product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and development process enhancements to ensure collective success in product and project delivery
• Daily interaction and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to manage expectations and drive product enhancement/development.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and maintain detailed project plans throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to nurturing a user-centric and product-lead company culture by evangelizing product vision and thinking with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Participate actively in product learning, ideation, and innovation sessions
• Establishes product prioritization principles that inform consistent decision-making
• Effectively negotiates ambiguous situations and drives rapid decisions

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies
• Owning and being accountable for a broad area of the product.
• You have a long track record of solving real problems for real people and delivering meaningful outcomes for the business.
• You’re a capable and empathetic leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Plus

• Technical background, including knowledge of frontend, backend, and infrastructure application technologies
• Passion for Bitcoin, Crypto, Defi and blockchain technology
• Experience working in a regulated industry and/or Financial Services
• Having worked for startups or having gone through zero-to-one and pivot processes
• Experiences with lean methodologies

Interview Process

• HR Phone interview
• 1st Interview: 2 to 2.5 hours, 1.5 hours meeting with hiring team + 0.5 hours meeting with HR.
• 2nd Interview: 1 hour, meet with Co-founder
