Web3 Product Marketing Specialist

At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, to create clear positioning for Pintu’s products (ie. exchange platform, token, B2B2C solutions, etc) to stand out in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Identify users’ needs, behavior and pain points in crypto investment via market research.
• Work closely with product managers to create ideation, prioritize, and help develop ideas for product solutions that can answer the users’ pain points.
• Conduct market competitive analysis and create clear positioning for Pintu’s products (ie. exchange platform, token, B2B2C solutions, etc) to stand out in the market.
• Develop end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to increase product awareness and adoptions amongst the target audience.
• Work together with PIC across multiple functions ie. product, marketing / PR, growth, business development, operations, legal, and finance to create actionables business roadmap to scale Pintu’s products.
• Be an individual contributor and thought partner for the management team in identifying the next product / business opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

• Ideally 2-3 years professional experience as product marketing managers in technology / financial companies.
• Bachelor / Masters degree in product management, marketing, finance, mathematics or other related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market, user behavior, marketing performance, and product performance in the market.
• Strong individual contributor who gets things done (increase product adoption) with minimum instructions.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, google docs, slides.
• Positive vibes, perseverance, and most importantly you’re passionate about crypto!
