The Solana Foundation is a non-profit foundation based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information freely around the world.

What We do

The MCM (Mandarin and Cantonese Market) team focuses on the growth of the Solana ecosystem in Chinese Speaking Markets. We are looking for someone to take charge of growing local communities, setting up marketing campaigns with key industry stakeholders, and hosting industry and developer-oriented events.

To Be Successful in This Role

You will be:

• Organizing online activities to achieve community growth

• Assisting in the establishment of developer salons and meetups in major MCM cities; preparing content for such activities

• Creating and implementing campaigns with ecological partners such as wallets

• Communicating with media partners

You ideally have:

• The ability to speak Chinese & English. Native Chinese speaker preferred

• 2+ years experience in a growth role

• 4+ years experience in blockchain and/or Cryptocurrency environment 

• Ability to travel between Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking markets, including Hong Kong

Bonus points:

• Strong ability to operate in uncertain and ambiguous environments
