Mission of the role
- Pre-Sales & Onboarding
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support enterprise operators during pre-sales conversations and onboarding.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements for potential partners.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Obol’s distributed validator technology.
Product & Integration Development
- Oversee the integration of our products into client systems, ensuring seamless implementation and a smooth user experience.
- Design and develop node operator tooling and developer experiences for efficient deployment and management of distributed validators (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker).
- Lead the technical refinement of our Solidity-based products, ensuring seamless integration with existing Ethereum protocols and other blockchain technologies.
- Develop and maintain best-in-class onboarding flows and APIs for distributed validator clusters.
- Provide help on customer success calls, manage escalations, and ensure high service reliability.
- Provide L2 technical support for operators and community members, including active participation in Telegram/Discord groups.
- Act as a solution architect, designing scalable onboarding frameworks, blueprints, and best practices for operators and partners.
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and training materials to enable enterprise-grade integrations.
- Ensure monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence through well-defined processes and tooling
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevRel to represent partner needs and influence product roadmaps.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, identifying gaps and proposing enhancements to improve the operator experience.
- Collaborate with Nick ( Business lead) Alan ( Technical CS Manager), and the leadership team to support Business Development initiatives and enterprise partnerships.
- Mandatory experience in blockchain technologies, with a deep understanding of Ethereum, Solidity smart contracts, and associated ecosystems
- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions with modern DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker).
- Proven experience in a solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical customer success role.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions
- Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns, API design, and middleware technologies.
- Preferred time zone: GMT-5 to GMT+3.
