This is a fully remote position, preferably working in the EST time zone.
As the Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating websites utilizing frameworks for both front-end and back-end applications, including database structures and front-end optimizations. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions while ensuring the quality and performance of our applications.

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
• Design and implement database structures and optimize queries for performance
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve our products
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure consistency across the team
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs
• Solid experience in full stack development with C#, .NET, JavaScript. Python would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of website optimization techniques and best practices
• Strong knowledge in MySQL
• Experience working with AWS, RDS, and/or other cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full life cycle software development
• Experience with Web3 tooling, such as Truffle and Hardhat, and programming in Solidity is a definite plus
• Knowledge of blockchain networks, particularly EVM-based networks, is a definite plus
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the best solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working remotely as part of a high-velocity distributed team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment
