The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Business Analystis a hybrid business and technical consultant that works alongside clients as they implement and utilize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and, when applicable, its associated cloud solutions and technologies to resolve technical and business issues. They will also serve as a liaison between internal customers and functional IT departments, assess available technologies, and recommend solutions to technical teams.
Responsibilities include gathering technical, marketing, and business-related requirements as well as effective management of a cross-functional services team and successful solution roll-out. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of marketing and associated business processes as well as experience in managing a technical engagement from inception through final deployment.
