What you’ll do:
Focusing on blockchain related services, you will design, build, test, and implement our backend blockchain services.
Work across teams to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver the solutions needed to build innovative products
You evaluate, appropriately test, and debug your work, striving for high quality
Advocate for and apply best practices when it comes to availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with backend services, distributed systems and blockchain
Worked designing smart contracts and worked with blockchains
Worked with consensus algorithms, validator nodes, mining algorithms
Worked with layer 2 side chains (Matic/Polygon)
Worked with blockchain abstraction API layers (Biconomy - meta transactions)
Worked with non-custodial wallets (Torus, MetaMask)
Understand/worked with NFTs
Large-scale microservices and distributed systems a plus
Cloud computing and storage systems
Infrastructure and large-scale system design
Security, cryptography
Testing
Networking and data storage (IPFS)
Domain-driven design ( DDD), architectural patterns
Performance mindset
Understand / worked with AWS products
Ability to collaborate and work well with others
Worked on distributed team -> use of collaborative tools
Be able to deliver functionality from design to production
Agile
Tools: You can independently execute on features, taking days to a few weeks with multiple PRs to complete

5+ years of software development experience
2+ years blockchain ethereum/web3 experience
