About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team! As Senior Designer, you’ll collaborate with creatives, designers and marketing managers to create engaging concept-driven creative. Channels include digital display, web, social, event collateral and video to support online and offline experiences for our business-to-business products.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and design for internal reviews, stakeholder reviews and production.
• Ask questions and obtain clarity around project directives and creative approaches using strong communication skills and drive
• Create marcom and digital assets aligned to corporate brand guidance, remaining true to the brand platform and consistent across all projects.
• Passionate about digital-first creative, dynamic content, personalization at scale, and agile content development and optimization.
• Engage in multiple projects simultaneously and work within prescribed deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We Look For

• 4-7 years of experience as a designer, either in-house or agency
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as advertising, marketing or graphic design
• Advertising or marketing background, preferably with experience working with brands with business-to-business products
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple demanding projects
• Excellent communication skills, with experience clearly articulating creative work to stakeholders
• Professional, quick-thinking, personable, flexible, and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with other creatives and art direct projects as needed.
• Experience in video, photography production and illustrations are a plus
