Rokfin is hiring a Web3 Senior Front End Developer
Compensation: $130k - $160k

Job Description
Our team is looking for a top JavaScript developer proficient with React.js and React Native. Your primary focus will be developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (e.g., Flux or Redux) and building performant mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different infrastructure layers. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are essential.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build UI components from design mocks that are both performant and mobile friendly
- Managing development, deployment, and monitoring for web, and mobile application client applications
- Ensure product stability through testing and development best practices
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries
- Developing web3 UI components that integrate with existing smart contracts, and the Ethereum ecosystem (connecting your self-custodied wallet, building dialogs/modals for accessing your connected wallet)
Requirements
- Effective communications skills
- 3+ years of React experience
- Degree in CS, related field, or equivalent computer science knowledge
- Experience deploying & monitoring mobile applications on both Android and iOS
- Proficient in React and React Native
- Understanding of REST APIs and websockets
- Understanding of AWS ecosystem
- Professional experience using Redux to manage application state
- Previous exposure to Agile software development and Scrum
- Strong UX and design sensibilities and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the web3 frontend stack (ethers.js/web3.js) and Ethereum ecosystem (smart contracts, events, etc)
- Experience working with video & video players (jwplayer/video.js)
- Experience using GraphQL
- Previous experience at a software startup preferred
