To learn more, visit www.inmobi.com Job Title: Senior Marketing Operations SpecialistDepartment: Global Revenue ServicesReports To: Marketing Operations ManagerLocation: Bangalore (Work from Office) Role Summary We are seeking a detail oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to manage marketing systems, lead processes, integrations, and performance reporting. This role ensures accurate lead capture, scoring, routing, lifecycle tracking, and reliable reporting to support data-driven decisions across Marketing and Sales. The ideal candidate brings strong hands on experience with HubSpot, solid integration knowledge, and comfort using AI powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, preferably within the AdTech or SaaS industry. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize marketing automation in HubSpot, including workflows, lists, forms, and campaign tracking
Oversee end-to-end lead management including capture, scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing to Sales
Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and campaign impact
Ensure CRM data accuracy, conduct regular audits, and resolve data or sync issues across systems
Manage integrations between marketing platforms and CRM, including troubleshooting data flow and field mapping
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance lead enrichment, segmentation, and reporting workflows
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to improve lead handoff, reporting, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM)
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and funnel stages
Experience building reports and dashboards for marketing performance
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data sync processes
Hands on experience using AI or LLM based tools in marketing workflows or automation
Experience working with reporting platforms such as Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or other BI/reporting tools
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM to collaborate effectively with Sales teams
Experience working in the AdTech or SaaS industry
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high growth B2B technology environments
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier)
Basic knowledge of data modeling or BI tools
