We’re Moonwalk. We’re the easiest way to build community in Web3 using no code tools. We help brands and creators engage and reward their communities using digital assets such as NFTs, tokens and branded wallets.

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle across Web3 and hybrid Web2/3 products, from our client dashboard, utility wallet and generative NFT collections platform through to smart contracts and DAO's.

The role includes product and market research, competitive analysis, planning and positioning, roadmap and requirements development, and eventual product launch. Collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams, you will develop programs to maintain production timelines across multiple departments, translating product strategy for prototype construction, final product development, and marketing communication plans. Further, analyzing customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships, you will bring new products to bear, helping to scale both the company and our markets.

Who We’re Looking For

• First and foremost - you are self-motivated, independent, eager to learn, and can tackle challenging problems in a small, fast-moving team environment
• You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager focused on building out either fintech applications or blockchain dApps
• You have strong experience working with and guiding engineering teams, UI/UX designers and the C-Suite on product goals, expectations and delivery
• You’re willing to jump in where needed - whether that be hiring and working with external designers, conducting user research, pitching clients, supporting existing users, researching the latest web3 products in the market, or figuring out how to reward our best users with a digital asset
• You get excited about problem solving, building, and seeing product pushed to production
• You have a strong interest in blockchain technology and decentralization
• You are relentlessly passionate about your work
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
• Prior experience working within an early-stage technology company environment, preferably blockchain, fintech or consumer applications

Nice To Have's

• You've previously been an early employee, founder, or product manager at a consumer or commerce startup
• Deep understanding of the creator economy space and the evolving considerations relating to creator monetization and payments
• General understanding of blockchains such as Ethereum, Smart Contracts, Wallets and Non-fungible Tokens
