We're excited to have an open slot on our team for a Recruiter, and are looking for someone who is as motivated as we are to build the team that builds this world-changing technology. This is a career-defining opportunity to be one of the pioneering members of a people team viewed by the business as a critical component in its growth story.

As a senior recruiter, you will build relationships with our Head of Engineering, CMO, and CEO to understand the team’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise from working in the blockchain space to find great talent (please feel free to apply if you are specialised in any type of role as we are hiring both technical and general recruiters).

You will oversee all sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience, working closely with our Head of People and Director of Talent on internal company-wide planning and initiatives related to team growth.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
