Our team

This is an opportunity to join one of the most advanced and fastest growing DAO companies as the coordination layer of the future. You will be the first Solidity Engineer with Windranger. This position is a high impact, high visibility role within Windranger.

Areas for impact

• Responsibility for all Blockchain/Crypto systems within the business
• Own and deliver platform and product features from initial requirements through to delivery.
• Designing and developing Smart Contracts using Solidity and related technology.
• Continuously improve internal systems and code quality.
• Testing and troubleshooting the blockchain projects
• Coordinate external security audits of Smart Contracts
• Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders to design solutions aligned with the business core objectives.

• 5+ years of commercial Software engineering experience
• Minimum 1 year + of Solidity experience
• Ability to work autonomously with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in other programming languages like C++, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, C#
• Real-world experience writing Smart Contracts for Defi, Tokens and/or NFTs.
• Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and understanding of cybersecurity
• Strong algorithm and data structure knowledge
• Direct experience with Ethereum
• Complex problem-solving - You must be able to analyze complicated problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to design and implement high quality, scalable solutions (millions of users)
