Web3 Senior Talent Sourcer

COMPANY

Gluwa is a borderless financial platform powered by blockchain. It is composed of mobile app, API, and blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and our ownCreditcoin). Together, they enable you to transact with anyone on the Internet without giving up control of your money.

ROLE

This role is an integral part of the recruiting team and will be working closely with the Head of Talent and engineering and product organizations.

WHO YOU ARE

• 4+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team
• You love learning. You want to be a pro in bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs, and Web 3.0.
• You have technical sourcing/recruitment experience in software engineering roles - but are open to non tech roles occasionally.
• You’re not looking for a boring job and are flexible to work on new things, what you worked on last month might not be what you will work on next month.
• Looking for new ways to source candidates ( boolean strings, email campaigns, social media, Bios, Open Sourced contributions, Meet-ups). For now, we use LinkedIn Recruiter, Human Predictions and Trinsly.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Establish yourself as a trusted partner and point of contact for hiring managers across the organization, proactively maintaining communication with them in order to keep updated with their latest needs. Slack experience is a plus.
• Build and maintain active pipelines, with highly qualified candidates, passive, active or referred.
• Maintain candidate pipeline via our Applicant Tracking System. We use Green House.
• Comfortably conducting phone interviews and making hiring decisions
• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Engineering Hiring Managers and Recruiters. We use Google Docs and Excel.
